From October 2004 through November 2006, Mr. Taylor served as a consultant for Phantom Entertainment, Inc. From November 2003, to June 2004, Mr. Taylor served as Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer of Phantom Entertainment, Inc., and as Controller of its predecessor, Infinium Labs Operating Corporation. From June 1999 to November 2003, Mr. Taylor served as Controller at Wireless One Network, a cellular telephone operator in southwest Florida that was acquired by AT&T. From April 1998 to May 1999, Mr. Taylor served as Chief Financial Officer of Abaris Care, Inc., which operated 18 assisted living communities.
