Phantom Entertainment, Inc. (Other OTC: PHEI.PK) sold the Phantom Game Service software assets to Phantom Game Service Inc. (Private Company). Both companies have entered into agreements to help each other co-market each company’s products and services.

Phantom Entertainment Inc. is producing and marketing the Phantom Lapboard and will focus on E-tail Game Sales and also innovating gaming hardware for the living room.
